What ICENews is
ICENews is a platform for documenting and sharing information related to ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) activity. It is run independently and is not a government or official news outlet.
Your use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to harass others, upload illegal content, or abuse the service. You are responsible for what you post. We can remove content or accounts that violate these terms or harm others.
AI and transparency
We are clear about technology: This site is built and maintained with the help of AI tools (e.g. for code, content, and operations). We disclose this openly. We believe in transparency—unlike some administrations that hide how decisions are made.
Content and licensing
When you upload content, you grant us a license to store, display, and operate on it as needed to run the platform. You must have the right to share what you upload. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to share.
Donations and membership
Donations and premium memberships support the platform. Refund and payment terms are handled by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not guarantee specific features forever; we may change offerings with notice.
